Keep reading to find out how you can too! Easy DIY Muscle Rub (In a Roller Bottle)Okay, I was reluctant to call this a muscle RUB because it is a liquid oil, but it does come in a roller bottle. That means it's super easy to keep in your pocket or bag. What you Need: Cinnamon Essential Oil Clove Essential Oil Carrier Oil (I like to use fractionated coconut oil) Roller Bottle (I use a 5mL size) What you need to do: Add 10-15 drops of Cinnamon Essential oil to your roller bottle Add 10-15 drops of Clove Essential oil to your roller bottle Top it all off with your carrier oil *Please note that your essential oils should only make up roughly 2% of your solution. I don't always follow this rule, so be sure to do your own research to figure out what works best for you.* Deep Blue RubSo maybe you're not the DIY type, but you want to use all natural products. That's fine too! doTerra has a fantastic rub that helps to ease the pain and tension right out of your muscles. All you have to do is buy and apply. DIY Icy HotThe cinnamon rub doesn't always do the trick for me. Sometimes I need the cooling sensation to ease the tension in my muscles. That's where this beauty comes in. Keep reading to see how I make my own icy hot! What you need: 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil 1 Tbs Beeswax 2 tsp Cayenne Pepper 20-25 drops Peppermint Essential Oil Cheesecloth Jar Here's what to do: Take a double boiler and add the coconut oil and the cayenne pepper. You're going to infuse the oil with the pepper and strain out the grainy stuff later. Let this mixture infuse (over the heat) for several hours. Take the cheesecloth and strain out the grainy pepper. Add the coconut oil back to the double boiler and add the beeswax. Melt together, add the peppermint essential oil, and then pour into a container of your choice. There you have it. My top three options to help with back pain. Do you have a secret trick or recipe that you use for your own back pain? Don't be shy! Share it in the comments below!
