Moisturizing after a shower or a bath is absolutely ESSENTIAL. While it feels nice to sit in that steamy water for a prolonged period of time (yes, I do this), it can leave your skin super dry and in need of intense moisture. Not to mention, an after bathing body oil can make you smell and feel incredible. I swear. Here's what I use to keep my skin super soft and healthy! What you need: Spray bottle with a fine mist setting 2 parts Camellia Seed Oil (Tea oil) (Or, if you want a cheaper option, Fractionated Coconut Oil) 1 part Jojoba Oil 1 part Grapeseed Oil 20 drops Essential Oils (per 4-8 oz of carrier oil) What to do: Combine the above ingredients into the spray bottle. Make sure to gently combine the oils before use. Keep in mind that if you decide to use fractionated coconut oil, it has to be fractionated. Regular coconut oil will just solidify and make your life difficult. If you can't use some of the ingredients listed above, I encourage you to do your own research on different carrier oils and find the ones that work for you. Just make sure that the oils have a thin consistency and absorb well into the skin.
