What Is This Crazy Lady Talking About??Welcome, everyone, to my secret to staying healthy during the cold part of the year. My secret weapon is a spicy blend of essential oils; a blend, mind you, that can be found with every essential oil carrier. This post is focusing on the go-to essential oil blend when your family is struck by a nasty cold, the flu, or any other yucky ailment that comes along with winter. What Are My Options? The oil that I'm talking about is an amazing blend of spiced oils. Listed below are the names that it goes by with a couple of different carriers: Edens Garden: Four Thieves doTerra: OnGuard Young Living: Thieves Healing Solutions: Health Shield These are just a few of the names that this incredible oil goes by. If you feel so inclined, you can also find some DIY recipes online! Luckily, though, for the lazy people out there, I will post it below and do the research for you! What's In It?I'm glad you asked! Though, to be honest, I am controlling the questions here. Take a look below to see which oils make up this awesome blend: Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil Clove Essential Oil Lemon Essential Oil Rosemary Essential Oil Eucalyptus Essential Oil DIY Essential Oil Blend For Winter Ailments10 drops Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil 20 drops Clove Essential Oil 18 drops Lemon Essential Oil 5 drops Rosemary Essential Oil 8 drops Eucalyptus Essential Oil Mix these oils with a carrier oil of your choice and store in a dark glass bottle. P.S. Yes, it needs to be a dark color and it needs to be glass. No plastic!! How To Use ItI mix about 20-30 drops of my essential oil (not diluted with a carrier) in a roller bottle with a carrier oil. After that, apply this to the bottoms of the feet twice a day (it's usually easiest to do this morning and night). You can also apply it whenever you feel that it's needed.
This oil isn't just great as a health boosting oil. Truth be told, it has a TON of awesome uses. Check out this picture that I found online below to see just a few of them!
